Website Design & Development
Refund Eligibility:
- Before Work Begins: Full refund of advance payment, minus payment processing fees (if applicable)
- During Initial Design Phase: 75% refund of advance payment if client is not satisfied with initial concepts (up to 2 revisions included)
- After Design Approval: No refund available once client has approved design mockups
- After Development Begins: No refund as work has commenced
Ecommerce Development
Due to the complexity and customization involved in ecommerce solutions, the following applies:
- Project Cancellation: Client may cancel with 14 days written notice
- Refund Calculation: Refund amount based on completed milestones vs. total project value
- Partial Refunds: Pro-rated refund for uncompleted portions of the project
3. Ongoing Services
Monthly Retainers & Subscriptions
Refund Eligibility:
- Unused Services: Pro-rated refund for any unused portion of prepaid monthly services
- Prorated Cancellations: Month-end cancellations result in refund of unused days
- No Refund: No refund for completed work in the billing period
SEO & Digital Marketing
For monthly SEO and digital marketing campaigns:
- Advance Payments: Pro-rated refund for incomplete months
- Work Completed: No refund for deliverables already provided
- Campaign Cancellation: 30-day notice required for cancellation
4. One-Time Services
Logo Design & Branding
Refund Eligibility:
- Before Concepts Delivered: Full refund available
- After Initial Concepts: 50% refund if client decides not to proceed after first concept presentation
- After Concept Approval: No refund once concepts are approved
Single Page Landing Pages
Refund Eligibility:
- Before Work Begins: Full refund
- During Development: Pro-rated refund based on work completed
- After Delivery: No refund; issues will be addressed through support
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Domain registration fees (as per registrar policy)
- Third-party software, plugins, or theme licenses
- Stock photos or premium images purchased for the project
- Completed and approved deliverables
- Hosting fees for periods already utilized
- Work completed after project scope was expanded
- Time spent on revisions beyond the included scope
6. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Receive refund approval notification (if eligible)
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after approval
7. Partial vs. Full Refunds
Factors Determining Refund Amount:
- Project completion percentage
- Milestones achieved
- Work specifically created for the client
- Third-party costs already incurred
- Time invested in consultations and planning
8. Project Cancellation
Clients may cancel projects under the following conditions:
- Written Notice: 14 days written notice required
- Payment for Completed Work: Client must pay for all completed milestones
- Transfer of Deliverables: All completed work will be transferred to the client
- No Outstanding Payments: No balance should be owed for work completed
9. Quality Disputes
If a client believes work does not meet the agreed-upon standards:
- Discussion First: We encourage open communication to address concerns
- Revisions: We offer complimentary revisions within the agreed scope
- Mutual Resolution: We aim to reach a fair resolution that satisfies both parties
- Escalation: Unresolved disputes may be escalated to mediation if needed
10. Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, PRAGATI TECH may consider partial or full refunds beyond standard policy terms. These cases are evaluated individually and require:
- Valid documented reasons
- Evidence that our work did not meet stated requirements
- Good faith from the client throughout the project
